General Agreement

LoveCore and LearnDermouring Tutorial  is a private membership association with the purpose of sharing knowledge between those of mankind; the community is hosted by i: a man; De’an Matuka; all events and property offered by LoveCore and LearnDermouring are in the private domain; your order confirms your acceptance of the agreement for attendance to tutorial and the laws of LoveCore and LearnDermouring;

i, enter into this agreement of my own free will; i, choose to establish this agreement between i, and the man: De’an Matuka;

i, attest that my actions on this website or at any event offered by LoveCore and LearnDermouring (including electronic communications) are in my private capacity as a man/woman only, and not as an agent or representative of any governmental or non-governmental agency or organisation whose purpose it is to enforce a legal code, act or statute, or to carry out a mission of entrapment or investigation; i, understand that this will be considered to be trespass by way of barratry; i, understand that i, will become immediately liable to pay compensation under this agreement, in the amount of €100.000 EUR, plus €10 EUR for every minute the trespass continues;

i, agree that any claims of wrong and or trespass shall be governed by law, and may be pressed in a court of law by and between those of mankind only;

i, agree not to share, copy, reproduce, and or sell any property offered by LoveCore and LearnDermouring, without first receiving the written consent of the man or woman who did create it;

i, agree to act according to law, and not to engage in any abusive, violent, disrespectful or harassing behaviour towards any man or woman attending any online or offline event provided by LoveCore and LearnDermouring; i, understand that said behaviour will cause participation in the event to be dismissed, and that access to time and property offered by LoveCore and LearnDermouring will cease;

i, agree to and digitally autograph this agreement, without coercion, to access the material offered by LoveCore and LearnDermouring; i, attest that i, have read, understand and agree to the laws of LoveCore and LearnDermouring;

Tutorial Agreement

i: a man/woman; understand that the tutorial is private;

i, agree that any donation and or money i give to attend the tutorial is a gift; that the experience and knowledge provided to me is also a gift; that there is no commercial transaction; only gifts between we of mankind;

i, agree to attend the tutorial in my private capacity as a man/woman only;

i, agree to take full responsibility for myself, and for how i apply anything i learn;

i, agree to take full responsibility for my own property and or personal safety;

i, agree to waive any right to make claim for personal injury and or loss of property, against any man, woman and or person;

i, understand that i may leave the tutorial at any time if i consider it to be unsafe; i, agree that i am responsible to assess this for myself;

i, understand that taking part in the tutorial is completely voluntary, and that any practice and or exercise offered are an invitation; i, agree that participation in said practices and or exercise is of my own free will;
